At Walker’s pet cremation services , we offer our cremation services directly to bereaved pet owners. We are a family run business based in Darfield, Barnsley operating, within the South Yorkshire area. Our aim is to provide a bespoke, personal and caring service to meet the requirements of pet owners. Dignity, compassion and customer care are at our core.

Customers are welcome to bring their own pet directly to us , we advise customers to give us a call first. We will make sure that we are there to meet you in person, and help you every step of the way. We can also collect your pet from the veterinary surgery , you can leave details with them of the services that you require from Walker’s pet cremation services, and we will endeavour to carry out your families wishes.

We can simply collect your pet from your home, as you may wish to take your beloved pet home , where family members may wish to spend time to say their goodbyes. Alternatively, we have a farewell room, where family members can also spend time with their beloved pet, they only need to give us a call before the cremation takes place.

Pet parents are welcome to attend their pet's cremation should you wish. Then, you will receive the ashes back in your chosen urn. For those who do not wish to attend, Walker’s pet cremations services returns your pet's ashes to you for a small delivery fee, or you may wish collect your pets ashes yourselves, or, they can be delivered back to your vets.

Our wide range of urns and caskets are available to you by visiting our online shop, or you have the choice to discuss this with ourselves in person in your own time.

Pet Memorials can be placed in your garden as a lasting tribute to your beloved pet or placed in your home.

  • Cremation Services Offered

    Individual Cremation

    For an individual pet cremation, your pet will be cremated alone within a clean enclosed chamber. Clients are guaranteed that the ashes you receive will be all and only those of your beloved pet.

    For your assurance, we are happy to provide a certificate of cremation. Just ask your veterinary practice to request one.
